I didnt realise that the tour was for a small group. We had a total of 7 people. We took a minivan and Michael was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. We were like a family travelling together. Michael shared with us alot of information along the way. He also shared recommendations on places to go to, restaurants to visit and things we can do in Frankfurt. He also brought us to the castle, the Pharmacy Museum, The Hielderberg Tun and shared with us the history behind it. We were give ample time to expore the old town. It was truly a heartwarming experience and Michael made it even more memorable.

Traveling with teenagers is always a bit difficult. They get bored easily and don't feel like doing what adults enjoy doing. This time it was different! Our junior (12) was interested, asked us questions afterwards and thought the lady who was our guide was really great. He really had fun! Without a cell phone ;-) The tour was super informative, not a bit boring and there were often funny stories and idioms suddenly made sense. I can only recommend everyone to dive into medieval Heidelberg with this guide!

We had a great time exploring Heidelberg even though it was freezing. It was cool to have some additional pieces of history provided as we tried to find different landmarks. Our brains weren’t functioning well in the cold and the riddles were frustrating at times but the app lets you skip that part if you want. Overall it was a fun way to see things that we would have probably missed.

Although was a company scheduling issue at the beginning, it worked it out well. Michael our driver was very personable, knowledgeable and eager to assist. The castle has much history and details to observe, I think a bit more time to explore old downtown would have made it greater. I’m satisfied with services provided. Thank you!

Our Guide Charolette was so friendly and knowledgeable. Shared not only the history but interesting stories and pointed out unique places to eat and shop!
