An early start but well worth it to tour this area. The Amalfi coast was stunning and enroute we stopped at a Limoncello production factory with sampling and gift shop. There was also a breakfast stop/comfort break beforehand. Many hairpin bends took us to Positano which was a quick hour or so before boarding the bus again. There isn’t long here but you have time to see the beach/shop/eat. Pompei was very interesting and been on my bucket list for years. Totally fulfilled my expectations, though to cover it all you need a lot longer. The guides were all good and it was value for money.

The highlight of our trip were the guides, Rob (local) and Vincenzo (Pompeii)! A lot of walking but totally worth it and mind blowing the size of Pompeii! Take an umbrella, although we luckily missed the rain (: Positano was beautiful, but quite expensive, which we did expect. The bus had good aircon and appropriate stops. It has no wifi though, so be prepared! Departure is from a very good location. Antonio, the bus driver, was a real champion!

Gina was an amazing host! She knew so much about the history of the island and kept us on track so we were able to visit multiple parts of the island. The water was beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice. I highly suggest renting a snorkel set because that was an awesome experience. Overall, it was a great trip.

Excellent way to get to Pompeii however on the trip we did upgrade to the audio guide bus tour of Naples and guided tour of Pompeii ruins with Connie. To understand the significance and get to the best bits of Pompeii this was worth doing.

Very good tour, showing all the highlights of Rome, helpful staff, good audio guide, comfortable bus
