Idiana was terrific, charming, knowledgeable and answered our many questions with a smile, she made the tour fun and interesting. She had a very easy way about her and easily transitioned to highlight key places and history of Siena pointing out specific things to really heighten out tour

Amazing walking tour of Siena with Shaklo. We were lucky enough to see the Duomo floor the day before it was covered up, and we loved learning about all of the different traditions and customs of the city. We also appreciated Shaklo’s food recommendations at the end of the tour.

Stella was delightful, engaging and informative. We would have preferred a group of English only speakers as we felt our time was diluted. But Stella did an excellent job switching between English and Italian.

This was a great tour and it was a great way to see Siena!
