I only made the transport, to Piza I highly recommend that you do the tour in your own time. Enough time to get to know Piza, the Catefldral, shop and have lunch. Our guide was Kiara who insisted on speaking in Portuguese with us. A grace. I just point out that the bus doesn't stop close to Piza (traffic rule) so if you have mobility problems, you'll have to walk 15 minutes to Piza, for my parents who are elderly had a little difficulty keeping up with the group's pace, but nothing that spoils the ride.

Trip was good and the guide in the bus was really nice and shared important information. Not able to enter to the carhedral thought, they said entrance is free for everyone but you have to get a ticket which was supossed yo be in my email, I didn't receive it and could not find the line where we can get the free tickets...couldnt enter to the cathedral but still everything was beautiful!.

It was a bit messy at the start. But of course that doesn't always have to be the case. The bus that was supposed to pick us up was unlucky, so we were half an hour to 45 minutes later, so you (if you had booked the tour) had very little time left to walk around a bit. Furthermore, the guide was very nice and the guide in Pisa itself was really a winner, Riccardo! Really very funny and nice! Side note: because there are all different groups together, you really have to pay attention to what kind of ticket you buy! I would not recommend a ticket without a tour and/or without climbing the tower. Then I think it's better to plan a day in Pisa yourself! Furthermore, pay attention whether you book a ticket for climbing the tower AND the tour, or just the tour!
