It was very easy! We met our contact who supplied the info about getting in to the gallery. It is a self-guided tour, so once we checked in, we were on our own. They even called me to make sure we were coming since we were a few min delayed. Great experience!

Uffizi Gallery WONDERFUL. As far as the organization is concerned, less than ZERO. We had booked on the portal with a supplement of € 14 per person. We arrived at the appointment with the guide with 15min in advance ... and we entered AFTER 2.5 HOURS OF WAITING. Those who did not make a reservation waited "only" approx. 1.5 hours and they have not paid any supplement (the same system works in many other cities, and also works in Gardaland) ... but not at the Uffizi ... as he wants to visit them ... he has no alternative that I know of. Good waiting and patience.

It has been overwhelmingly beautiful and we truly enjoyed our visit. We stayed for many hours to enjoy the (hopefully) unique situation of a limited stream of visitors and therefore eased access to the paintings. We forgot that we wore masks being completely absorbed by the magic of the artworks. Everything was well organized and it was clean, with sanitizer available. The waitors at the beautiful cafeteria wore masks and tables were put up in sufficient distance. A great experience in this difficult time! Thank you!
