The booking was smooth. Mobility scooter promptly available. Parking was easier than it looked on the website. The tour on the bus was interesting but microphone and dialogue not easy to follow. Better English speaking guide would have been great. Excellent choice of food facilities but very expensive. Membership with reduced catering prices would be a great help. Overall good experience with friendly staff

I have been to Kew Gardens once in the Winter and once in Summer and both Seasons offer a wonderful experience taking the whole day. The staff are great to talk to and they are so knowledgeable that they can provide immediate answers to all questions. The cafes, restaurants, gift and garden shops all add to a great experience. The biggest surprise for me, as someone who lives in Spain, was seeing hundreds of green parakeets flying wild around the gardens.

I have fallen in love with this place, I can’t believe I’ve lived in London all my life and never been here. We had good weather, we took a picnic some wine , it was a lovely days There were so many people , but you didn’t feel like you were hemmed in, there is so much space to just sit and enjoy your surroundings. I loved it so much, I’m back this Sunday too.
