The tours are organized by BigBus. You have to exchange the voucher, it's easy, but the office is down the street. When you exchange the tickets, let us know about the start date from HOHO, otherwise it applies immediately. BigBus otherwise cool and eventful as always. Alcatraz was of course the highlight. Super organized on site and simply unbeatable when the weather is nice. On the island you can walk around freely and look around as long as you want. Just super interesting to see and hear what happened there. We recommend

This was a fantastic insight into San Francisco history. Our guide Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, and fun, keeping the whole walking section of the tour interactive. He gave us clear instructions on what to do once we left him to head over to Alcatraz which was so useful. Alcatraz itself was fascinating, the self guided audio tour was brilliant and well worth doing. I would highly recommend this trip.

Our guide Don was excellent. Loved his laid back California vibe. We had a pretty thorough tour of the city, with great commentary. The coach was comfortable & sheltered us from the chill. By the afternoon, Alcatraz was everything we expected & the boat ride was gorgeous.

The app was awesome, and the stops along the way were perfect. The night tour was an added plus to the whole experience.
