You can learn your first strokes on the SUP board or new paddle strokes with us in a relaxed atmosphere. Our guides explain how to move around Lake Constance with the SUP board to ensure you have a good time on the water. In the first part you will get to know different boards and materials, how to assess the weather and the resulting dangers, how to move safely on the water and which rules you have to observe. In addition, while still dry, you practice various paddling techniques such as forward stroke, bow stroke and stop stroke. In the second part you will get to know the board and its behavior on the water. Near the shore you can practice paddling techniques and have time to try them out - no SUP master has fallen from the sky yet, but everyone has fallen into the water! When you're ready, you'll go on your first little tour along the shore with a view of the vastness of Lake Constance. This course is aimed at anyone who wants to make their first paddle strokes on the SUP board and anyone who wants to learn more about this fascinating sport.
