The meeting point was not very specific. I had to ask around, which took some time and i couldn’t immediately ask for assistance on the app. Thankfully an NS staff suggested to ask the bookstore beside the ticketing office if they also exchange voucher. She directed me to the grey machine beside all the yellow machines and i got the ticket immediately. Although the starting point of my trip was not the good, the ticket was very worth the money. I was able to go around the city smoothly without having to buy ticket everytime i ride the train/tram.
