Craig was super knowledgeable about the Red Light District. He kept us all comfortable while also being honest and funny about sex, drugs and everything in between. The tour was the perfect length and I definitely learned a lot. My friends and I were not as much looking for erotica or to get really into all that, we more so wanted to walk around and learn about history. This tour did just that. I learned a lot about women’s empowerment and how the Amsterdam culture lifts up women and their service to the city as sex workers. I thought this was great. An intimate group is much better for something like this.

Very interesting tour. You get to learn so much about Amsterdam’s history. The walk itself is a good bit of distance however, due to the frequent stops, it doesn’t feel far at all. The tour guide was very nice as he would wait for everyone to catch up before moving on. The streets can be busy after 8pm, so you have to do your part to keep up and not get left behind taking photos.

You learn about Amsterdam's history and how the canal system became a thing before entering a completely different environment in the world-famous red-light district. Maartan explained the expected ediquette before escorting our group past "the girls in the windows." It's an interesting experience.
