Marvel at the equestrian skills of Spanish horses and riders at a unique "How the Andalusian Horses Dance" ballet at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art in Jerez de la Frontera. Accompanied by quintessential Spanish music and 18th-century style costumes, the choreography uses movements based on classical dressage, Doma Vaquera, and traditional equestrian chores. The horses carry out advanced exercises to classical music. Each show consists of 6-8 different choreographies such as "The Colts," Airs on Horseback," Pas de Deux," Passage and Piaffer," "Domino on Horseback," Airs Above the Ground" and "Fantasy." See the horses demonstrate their ability to draw carriages which were originally used for transport, but are now used for sport and exhibitions, using classical harnesses and driven by coachmen who dexterously demonstrate their skills. See classical "Haute École" dressage exercises, such as levades, caprioles, courbettes, piaffe (between pillars), and the Spanish walk. Watch the group of horses and riders perform advanced equestrian exercises in unison, providing a fitting end to the performance. The entrance into the premises is through the Visitor Reception Centre, where you will find a digital cinema where you can see a spectacular audio-visual presentation of the history of equestrian art in Andalusia, until 11:00 AM. This area leads into the gardens, which contain a great variety of exotic plants. The Palace itself rises majestically above the gardens and is a beautiful example of 19th Century architecture.  In the basement, find the Museum of Equestrian Art, which consists of 11 rooms where you will discover the origins and history of equestrian art and the horse in Andalusia. Admire the Saddlery, the place where the harnesses are made and repaired. The Carriage Museum marks the end of your journey where you will see harnesses and equestrian costumes.

Unleash your inner cowboy on a guided horseback ride into the Tabernas Desert. Stop along the route to learn about the natural environment, nature, geology, history, and cinema. On arrival at the ranch, be welcomed by the guide who will provide you with your equipment and introduce you to your horse. Once ready you will receive a short training session to get to grips with animal-friendly horse riding. Then, everyone will set off on a tour tailored to the participants' level, supervised by an instructor. Follow the "Desierto de Ley" route for an introduction to the desert. Cross an open area of desert, with views of the mythical "Llano del Búho" and "La Tortuga". Ride through these unique landscapes and admire their geological formations. See where hundreds of film and TV productions have been filmed, such as Indiana Jones, Game of Thrones, Exodus, The Sisters Brothers, or The Crown among many others. Later, return to the ranch, where you will say goodbye to your horse. Route for all levels. The tour is carried out at the rhythm of the lowest level since it is a quiet tour through the desert environment and the experience of riding a horse. If there are higher levels in the group and the monitor considers it is convenient and possible, at the end of the tour, the experienced ones will be able to gallop together with the monitor. This standard tour has 2 options depending on the environmental conditions and in case some of the participants have booked also our 4x4 tour.

We will leave our facilities at the La Aldea campsite and head towards the Doñana Park. You will be able to see flora and fauna such as deer and various birds and the famous Iberian lynx. Enjoy a pleasant horse ride along the seashore, we will visit its dunes (with its spectacular viewpoints to the sea) and returning through the interior of the Natural Area of Doñana where you can observe closely the native fauna and flora Later, we will go to the Aldea El Rocío. El Rocio is the only town in Spain with sandy streets because the most common transport is the horse.We will pass by the hermitage and return to the starting point.

Meet the horses at the stables before watching an equestrian ballet performance performed since 1992 with 20 horses. Enrich your visit with an optional live flamenco show, workshop, and dinner with drinks. The experience starts at the El Ranchito equestrian center. Come early to meet the horses, then sit down at a roofed venue to enjoy a show with Spanish music and choreographies by performers featuring a mixture of cowboy moves and high school dressage. If you choose to join the optional flamenco show, workshop, and meal, your day continues at a local restaurant before watching the flamenco show. Enjoy a welcome drink followed by a dinner with unlimited beverages and Andalusian songs typical of the region. The adult menu includes zucchini cream soup followed by grilled pork, chicken kebabs marinated Andalusian style, Spanish-style potatoes, and a salad. A seasonal dessert, bread, and unlimited drinks are also included (red wine, white wine, sangria, soft drinks, and mineral water. For children, dinner begins with a zucchini cream soup, then a hamburger, fries, and marinated chicken shashlik with Andalusian spices.
