We had the morning excursion so gather at the bus stop at 9 am. After about a 50 minute drive we arrived in the center of Annecy. Our tour guide Gabriel had already told us a lot of facts about Annecy along the way. Together with Gabriel we walked along a few top locations where he could tell you a lot of facts. The tour ended at Château d'Annecy, after which we were allowed to walk around on our own for 2.5 hours. seen many beautiful places. This excursion is definitely worth it if you like old buildings. Actually, half a day is far too little, it would easily last a whole day.

This was a pretty basic 1/2 day tour - mostly a way to get to Annecy from Geneva. We left at 9 am and arrived at 10-10:30. At that point we had 2.5 hours to explore before we were to meet back at the bus at 12:45. Don't expect more than is being offered, but for what it was it was fine. I was alone so I could see the town pretty quickly (it's small) but if you're with friends and looking to take your time and have a nice meal, you should book a longer tour. One highlight on the way back was getting to stop and walk across a cool, castle-lookng bridge :)

It was a very hot day and the bus was air conditioned and extremely clean. Everything ran on time and Annecy was fantastic, absolutely beautiful and a must see! Great value for money and our tour guide Zara was great.

Great short trip from Geneva! Such a beautiful little town. Lots to see in a short time though. If you have the opportunity, spend the full day there!
