Las Vegas: Grand Canyon Day Trip in Spanish

7. Las Vegas: Grand Canyon Day Trip in Spanish

We will pick you up at your hotel to start the excursion to the west side of the Grand Canyon, on the way our guide will explain the construction of the Hoover Dam and curiosities of the Mojave Desert. We will stop for approximately 20 minutes for breakfast and coffee at a gas station. The entire length of the Grand Canyon is located in the state of Arizona, a total of 180 kilometers separate us from the west side of the canyon traveling from Las Vegas. We will have the opportunity to cross Dolan Spring, a town of the American West and we will pass through the Joshua Tree Forest, which we could define as a mixture between a tree trunk and a cactus typical of the landscapes of the Mojave Desert. Once at the Grand Canyon, home of the Hualapai Nation, we will visit the two Eagle Point overlooks, where the Skywalk is built, and then head to the best overlook on the reservation, Guano Point. Guano has the best panoramic view with an angle of almost 360 degrees, in the inner part of the canyon there are caves where the bat deposited its excrement that was extracted and later marketed as fertilizer by the company GUANO MINING. After the visit to the park we will enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants in the reserve and continue back to your hotel in Las Vegas. The activity will end at approximately 4:30 or 5:00 pm.
