It's great, really. I am not giving it 5 stars because of the experience we had with the others who were traveling with us. The organization of the excursion is very good: they pick you up at a metro station that is easily accessible from Monastiraki because it is close to the highway and it is easier to get out of Athens. The trip is 2-2:30 h with a stop. When you arrive at Delphi they let you visit everything yourself quietly. Our guide was an archeology student and he told us a lot of interesting things. They take you to a restaurant that is very well priced and the quality is quite good as well. Before going back to Athens, at 15:00 they give you an hour to see Arachova. I missed a bit more calm, taking into account that we were going back to Athens quite early (18:00). It could take an hour to visit everything quietly. The only annoyance was a fellow traveler who had us that smelled so bad that it made the trip very unpleasant. The trip in the van was made unbearable by her.

We did the tour in winter 2023. We were very lucky with the weather (20 degrees) and sunny. We were picked up punctually at the meeting point and the tour started in the direction of Delphi with small stops and explanations. In the morning we took a break in the café. At Delphi we had 2 hours to visit the place and the museum. After the place there was lunch. The restaurant was ok. It wasn't as bad as my prescribers have made known here. Typical Greek tavern. After dinner we had a stay in Arachova village. Luckily we were there in winter so this place gets very nice. Beautiful village. All in all the tour was great and would recommend. The only point of criticism would be that the seats in the minibus were very narrow. At almost 1.90m, I had problems finding a comfortable sitting position.

This was a really nice day trip- we did a lot in the time we were out, and it definitely felt like we got value for money, but it also felt relaxed and chilled. The guide was informative without overloading us with information, we got enough time at each stop, and what we received was exactly as described in the advert. Wear comfy shoes to walk around the archaeological site, take some water with you, and maybe some entertainment for the journey back. Otherwise, everything is very easy- there is a rest stop on the way there, you could pay for food and drink and entrance to the sights with cash or card, and the guide and driver are very approachable.
