The Driver was superb, really helpful and patient, Auschwitz is an incredible place, you must visit the area known as Canada, we didn’t have time on our first trip but on the second time we broke away from the main group after seeing the Ponds where ashes were thrown and walked to Canada, I truly heartbreaking experience but one you must do to learn the full scale, especially if you have watched the Schindler’s list movie as you walk through the actual showers the Schindler Jews were in. And the area where they had to openly burn remains because they didn’t have enough crematorium. Harrowing yes, but highly educational. A remarkable site that must be kept to show what persecution is!!

Very informative, but a bit "rushed". Would have liked to have had more time at certain points.

What a day. Full of interesting facts and stories. Shocking and totally barbaric, the treatment of those held in Auschwitz and Birkenau. Auschwitz was huge, Birkenau was on another level. This is a reminder to everybody of how barbaric we humans could be and that this should never happen again.
