Very good tour because our guide was informative and charming. The city walk was great! The organisation as to the meeting place was bad so we lost about 45 minutes standing around trying to find the other people on the tour. This meant the tour of the palace was very rushed. Our guide was not able to go inside on the tour with us and that was not according to the advertisement. Also our tickets did not include a tour of the garden so you should know that before you book.

Very pleasant guide with extensive knowledge. Pleasant small group

Just the right dose of information. Unfortunately, we didn't know exactly what was being viewed beforehand. A little more “city” instead of just the Pope's Palace would have been nice, or at least a few more tips on what is worth seeing (which streets and squares are beautiful, etc.). But overall very positive experience, thank you very much!

More a tour of Le Palais des Papes than of Avignon.

Efficient office, prompt arrival of our guide who was very good - pleasant, friendly, informative. Billed as a tour of Avignon but did not go beyond the area around Le Pont, the gardens above it, the cathedral and Le Palais des Papes. Nice little spot chosen for a glass of wine at the end of the tour. Possibly a bit pricy for what it was.
