What people are saying about Bad Schandau

The scavenger hunt in Bad Schnadau is easy to manage and very informative, in isolated places you also have the opportunity to come into contact with the residents of Bad Schandau. Here you can learn a lot more about the region, which is unfortunately very much at risk of flooding. Unfortunately, due to the current flood of the Kirnitzsch (or for other reasons), there was no (longer) a sign about the raftsman's path. Here the envelope with the green cross helped us and we were able to successfully complete the hunt. However, due to the many photo opportunities on the way, we needed significantly more than the specified 3-4 hours. But it was definitely worth it!

We booked this hike as a mother-daughter trip on Mother's Day. The group of 8 people including the guide was very nice. The tour went to the Zirkelstein and the Kaiserkrone, in between a few small picnic breaks with delicacies from the area. The picnic was very lovingly arranged. Christine was very personable and told us a lot about the Saxon Switzerland National Park. We can only warmly recommend the tour.

if I could, I would give 6 or 7 stars it was a super organized experience with an adventure character and great views of Saxon Switzerland off the mainstream tourist paths; Our guide Kristin showed us the diversity of the national park and spoiled us with regional delicacies on a great route. The next snack tour is already booked :)
