Was a fun and interesting experience. All the staff are great and interact with guests. Learnt alot I didn't know about Jane Austen. And I would know a fair bit. The afternoon tea was the cherry on top of a lovely day out! Would highly recommend.

It was great , apart from The family that had no interest in what the tour was about ! Maybe you need to monitor the passengers behaviour in future .
