As a Janeite, this was top of my list of things to do in Bath! I really enjoyed the experience, the exhibitions were really interesting, the actors were fab and super friendly, I indulged in a few pictures with Mr Darcy dressed up in Regency clothing, which was fun! I really liked being able to try my hand at using the quill and ink to write. The gift shop is small, but that's probably best, otherwise I would have spent even more money! They do have a wider selection on their website. Will definitely come back to try the afternoon tea!

Very imaginative and engaging. Quality displays that gave really good background to Mary Shelley's life. If you are someone less interested in the literature or psychological side , but love the graphic novels, the monster ,the Frankenstein films there is plenty there. I enjoyed it immensely as did my brother and partner. The basement is something else, and not for the faint hearted!

fantastic experience! lots to see as you go round & so much information. learned so much more about Jane & her life. lots of costumes to dress up in for photos. great fun!! highly recommended
