This was a real surprise. I hadn’t never heard of this museum before going but it’s really worth a visit. It is arranged around the events that allowed Hitler came to power. It also covers the war and the horrors of the Holocaust. It is made up of photos and details all written underneath. Give yourself a couple of hours. Definitely a worth a visit

Extremely interesting and impactful museum, even if you already know a lot about Hitler and WW2 you leave this museum feeling like an expert. Didn't spare any detail, no matter how harrowing. Only wish I'd realised just how big the museum actually was! I ended up having to skim the second half of the rooms as I spent so long reading all the boards in detail. Audio summaries are available for each room in a variety of languages and are great if you just want an overview instead of an in-depth look. Very easy to spend 3+ hours here if you want the full detail. A definite must for visiting Berlin.
