Overall rating

Scenery along both bus route and train route is beautiful. Host should organize seating on the train. Those who were the first to board from the group all selfishly took window seats so that all coming after were divided and relegated to aisle seats. Host should advise pairs traveling together to sit side by side so that other pairs have the opportunity to sit by a window. A little bit of instruction to the group to take others into consideration or the host assigning seats would have made this experience much more enjoyable.

The experience was very nice and the landscapes are breathtaking. We arrived in St. Moritz at 12 and at 14.48 we had the Bernina train, perhaps a little short time to eat and do things calmly, even if the city is not very big. The Bernina train is very beautiful up to Alpe Grunn then in fact the landscape is monotonous and I expected better from the helical viaduct, I probably did not appreciate it because the meadows were not yet green. Walter the bus driver did an excellent job navigating the big bus around sharp corners and scary roads. Kiara was an excellent tour guide. Her commentary was very informative and she was very friendly and patient. St Moritz was great, lots of snow and the Bernina Express train ride was out of this world. We highly recommend it

Everything well organized, punctuality and professionalism of the guide Francesca. She gave information all the time about all aspects of the trip.

The day was great, Kiara the tour guide was super amazing and kind with everyone. I totally recommend this day trip to St Moritz.
