Gave this 4 stars because we spent $40 to park for 5 minutes. We were never told we had to drive to another place. Then we got there and the fuel charge of $150 had to be in cash, then the deposit of $400 also had to be in cash which we were never told. We were also told that you could ride anywhere if we put an extra $100 each down, which came to be false. Once we got out on the jet skis everything was great. Few think he to keep in mind, you will NOT be departing at the meeting point. There you need to take the test, pay the deposit (in cash) and check in. Avoid the line and go straight to the kiosk at the right. After that you will need to go to another location (about 8 minutes away driving) and they will specify the dock you will depart from. You get a lovely ride on a boat and make it to the Jet skis. They are SUPER helpful and provide even place to store your belongings. The crew was incredible. Best activity in Miami yet!

I'm giving this 4 stars only because thr beginning process of the experience is totally inconvenient. I booked & paid online, they send a meet up spot (which turns out not to be the meet up spot nor do they provide shuttle to the actual meet up spot) and they dont tell you that in advance. So we lyft to James Ave to get a wristband & pay $75 for gas, then find out we have to lyft to the marina on 5400 Collins, which isn't the actual location btw and that's all a waste of time when we can just pay that online go to the marina then pay your deposit once you get to the jet ski location. Past all that Abby the jet ski moderator and the captain Benny (I think) were amazing! We had an awesome time and it was a beautiful day to be on the water. Boat, jet ski dock and location was decent and clean. Had a blast!!
