- For bookings made in April, please note that the gorge officially opens sometime in April but the exact opening date varies every year and might be changed. The activity provider will notify you if it is closed and will offer you a good alternative or a full refund
- Adult pricing applies to everyone
- A minimum height of 150 cm is required to ride the E-bike
- A refund will not be given in the case of bad weather on the day of the tour
- The hike in the Gorge is demanding and will take approximately 2-3 hours of walking and hiking
- Good map-reading skills are recommended
- We don't have child seats or trailers for children or pets
- If you are late by 15 minutes or more, no refunds will be issued
