The experience was amazing! The chef, Alessandra Clemente, was super nice and welcomed us into her quaint home with open arms. Everything was organised very well with all the freshest ingredients and appropriate equipment. The chef was fluent in English and very experienced - a genuine Italian pasta maker! We learnt a lot and enjoyed every minute - highly recommend this session!

In the beginning we had to get used to looking at a 'stranger' in the kitchen, but once we got used to it, we thought it was fantastic! What a fun experience. Antonio is a great and humorous man with a lot of experience and knowledge. He also has his own restaurant around the corner. A great experience to complete your trip to Bologna!!

Antonio, a typical Italian man and also a good chef with his own restaurant, will teach you the intricacies of pasta making. He talks passionately about his work and teaches you some handy “Italian” tricks to cook better. His english is good and you can have good conversations with him. In addition, this chef has humor and is very enthusiastic!

The kitchen is small and cramped, but Antonio makes it memorable and worthwhile. The food that you produce is delicious. Well worth it!

Such a wonderful experience and got to meet others who enjoyed learning how to cook local cuisine.
