Full description

Make a splash on an 80-minute “Duck” tour of Boston and see the city from the land and water on one non-stop journey. Climb aboard your World War II-style amphibious landing vehicle at the Museum of Science or Prudential Center, and set off to discover unique neighborhoods. You will be welcomed on board by one of the legendary “ConDUCKtors®” who will narrate your tour and tell you about Boston as the birthplace of freedom and place of “firsts.”

Travel by the golden-domed State House to Bunker Hill, and continue to Boston Common and Copley Square. Hear about the “Big Dig,” and marvel at fashionable Newbury Street. Go to historic Quincy Market, and more. As the best of Boston unfolds, your “ConDUCKtor®” will give you lots of little-known facts and interesting insights into the heritage of the city. Then, just when you think you've seen it all, it's time for a splash into the Charles River.

Enjoy views of Boston and Cambridge that you won't get anywhere else. All tours feature a fun, informative local guide. In addition, foreign language tours depart every half hour from the Museum of Science location.

These tours utilize cutting-edge GPS technology to offer tours in Spanish, German, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian dialect), Cantonese and Korean, at no additional cost to you.

Weird Beard and Jim were excellent! Weird Beard was extremely knowledgeable and was hilarious! He was very easy to hear and to understand! All tour guides should be exactly like him! He deserves a raise. You should definitely do what you can to keep him there for as long as possible. He was the best!!!!!

Great experience and convenient to our hotel near Copley Square. They have other locations, but this was great for us and several other brand name hotels within a block of the Purdential Bldg. Easy sign up the night before and entertaining all through the tour. Guide was knowledgeable of the area and knew his history. Great for history buffs and the general tourist. Good deal!

I am a teacher and brought a former student and her brother who are currently in the foster care system. They loved it and so did I. Thank you very much first to the ticket booth attendant at the Museum sight who was able to adjust my reservation to that location as that's where the kids' case worker could meet me to drop them off. Also, thank you very much to the kind and funny guide on board, we all loved his narrations.
