Full description
Take a tour of Brussels that gets deep under its skin, exploring its secret societies and hidden symbols. Your private 4-hour walking tour starts at the luxurious Godiva chocolate store before diving into the city’s lesser known attractions and peeking at its famous sights from a new perspective. You will explore the Grand Place, considered by many as the most beautiful square in the world. Discover why it was built the way it was and the significance of the figure seven. Keep a lookout for the Zodiac sign on one of the buildings and learn the history of the city’s Freemasons. You will visit a Freemason’s grave in the Cathedral of St. Michael and search for a legend in its colorful church windows. The tour will take you uptown to the park opposite the Royal Palace to learn the meaning of hidden inscriptions. Hear about the concealed city below the Palace and get to know the founder of the Templars, Godfried of Bouillon. Walk a stretch of the trail of the pilgrims' route to Santiago de Compostela.

Amazing, informative, and enlightening

The guide was very knowledgable about the history and background of every site that we've visited! He took us to many places and was able to answer all over our questions. The only problem was that I wished I could spend more time learning about the history of Brussels.

suppressing the meal; pity....

fortunately I reported my surprise at the end of the visit not to have the meal, otherwise I think I will not have had the reimbursement of 15 € (a bit tight compared to the real price of a traditional meal Belgian which is rather double)
