The length of time doing the tour was perfect, the guide was so knowledgable and the amount you saw was great. The roads are very bike friendly so you feel very safe cycling through. I would suggest doing this tour on your first day as it gives you a great idea of where you want to revisit and where things are. There was a short stop for toilet break and refreshments however water is provided.

We really enjoyed our cycle with Karoly as our guide and we cycled through the city streets confidently with his lead. The route was well planned and we saw the best spots from Heroes Square on the Peste side to Margaret's Island on the Buda side, and many more in between! He was very knowledgeable and was able to fill us in on local history and information too! We covered distances at a relaxed pace that it just wouldn't have been possible to do on foot.

Our bike tour was brilliant, would definitely recommend for the beginning of your trip to Budapest. It helps you see the sights and get your bearings a bit more. Our tour guide was lovely, very informative, and was able to tell us about the history of the country and the personal affect it's had on him and his family. Very interesting and the city is beautiful! Would highly recommend seeing the city this way during your holiday.
