After a short introduction, be guided through the entire process of preparing an authentic chimney cake. Start by making the sweet dough from scratch. Receive tips and tricks which help with the baking process. See how the sugar stuck on the cake caramelises and forms a shiny, crispy golden crust. Once the baking process is finished, cover the cake with different flavors, such as ground walnut, powdered cinnamon, chocolate sauce, or similar.  At the end of the workshop try your delicious creation, and receive a certificate of completion with your name as a memento of your experience.

Our hostess was very friendly. And received us very nicely. All utensils, including an apron, were ready. It was easy to endure in an air-conditioned cellar room. She guided us through the baking lesson in perfect English. My English is not very good, but I understood everything. We even learned a historical background to the chimney cake.

From being greeted with a coffee to the personalised certificates received at the end, this was a great Hungarian experience. This is a small group experience and with just 3 of us, we felt each of us were personally being taught the 'ropes' of making Chimney Cakes. We each made 3 delicious Chimney Cakes to take away and enjoy later.

A fun experience. We made 3 chimney cakes and there were 3 flavours available. I recommend going hungry, the cakes are best enjoyed fresh. But you do get take away bags to pack the remainder in.

The Baumstriezel baking course was a lot of fun and I was able to learn a lot. Due to the absence of two other people, I was all alone. I really recommend this to everyone. Taste also great.

Absolutely wonderful both my daughter and I loved it. Szuper volt én meg a kislányom nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. C'était excellente moi et ma fille on a bien amusé et c'était très bon.
