Full description

Take a guided full-day trip to Cairo to see the most important attractions on any trip to Egypt: the Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids of Giza, and the Great Sphinx. Start with a very early morning pickup from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh at 12:30 AM. Your transfer guide will greet you at the lobby of your hotel and assist you to the bus station, where you’ll take the approximately 8-hour journey to Cairo on a comfortable air-conditioned bus.   When you arrive in Cairo, your tour guide will meet up with you again at the bus station and take you to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities (Egyptian Museum). Spend the morning exploring this massive museum, which houses approximately 120,000 items. See the glittering treasures of Tutankhamun, grave goods, mummies, jewelry, household items, and toys of Egyptians whose names are lost to history.   After lunch in a local restaurant, you’ll head to the Pyramids of Giza — see the Great Pyramid, the Pyramid of Khafre, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Sphinx, situated beside each other in an awe-inspiring sight. This complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World.   After exploring these magnificent structures, your tour guide will bring you back to the bus station for your ride back to Sharm El Sheikh.

What an amazing experience to be up close to the pyramids and to visit the Egyptian museum and learn about the Egyptian culture. I couldn’t thank our tour guide Omar enough, he was amazing throughout the whole day, very helpful and funny…. He made the day completely! Would highly recommend this day trip to anyone who is thinking about it. I wouldn’t say there is anything that could of been improved today.

started off amazing. was blown away from the first second. omar was very helpful & friendly. he was full of information... every advice given was perfect. took me on the river nile on a boat followed by lunch. after visiting pyramids & Sphinx. advice given at pyramid was perfect! definitely recommend EVERYONE to try this tour with Omar 5* rating! alhumdulillah... inshallah until next time

We had the perfect day on this full day tour! It really has made our trip to Egypt and we couldn’t have asked for anything more of Omar, who was a brilliant and funny guide! He gave great advice at every junction and continued to check in with people through out, good tips on how and where to spend our money. The lunch was surprisingly lovely, every activity great. We recommend getting the camel ride- it was a once in a lifetime experience and gave you the opportunity to see the pyramids and desert from a Better view. Thank you so much! Air con in the bus was great too.
