It was a wonderful trip! Communication beforehand was handled through WhatsApp. We met in Amalfi, near all the buses, at 830am. The van was nice, Giuseppe was our driver and took us to Sorrento (about an hour drive). Once in Sorrento, we met our skipper Giovanni, who was excellent. He pointed out some of the sites around Capri during the boat trip. We dropped anchor to swim in the open water for a bit (make sure you speak up if you want to!). After the swim, we were greeted back on the boat with caprese sandwiches and beer/wine/rosé/water. We got to Capri around 1pm and had to bring all our belongings with us - pack light. We had 4 hours and it went fast. Take the bus or taxi into Town Center for better restaurants. The more tourist-type restaurants are close to the marina grande. We recommend doing the chair life first, takes about 30 min roundtrip. We met back at boat at 5pm, taking us back to Sorrento where Giuseppe was waiting to drive us back to Amalfi. We loved the trip!!

From pick up to drop off, all went to plan. Maria our guide was fun and informative relaying the options that were available. We took the additional bus tour which saved time & our legs. Capri is beautiful, the chair lift a must , the Gardens of Augustus and the views from just about everywhere we’re breathtaking. We had 5,5 hrs on the island which is a fair time but not long enough. You have to spend at least an overnighter to appreciate all there is to offer, but we did as much as we could which was great, super lunch suggestion too. The ride back was lovely too as we cruised around the island being entertained by a member of the team, who was not only informative but very funny too, even his singing. A wonderful day out

A lovely day spent in Capri and Anacapri. Nice sail around the island with funny commentary. Maria, our guide around the island was very sweet and helpful. It’s important to keep in mind that in order to actually have the guided tour around the island you have to pay the extra 22€ (by cash) for the shuttle to go up to the city center. Also if you plan on going to the blue grotto know that it’s time consuming and you lose more then half the time you have in Anacapri.

Our guide Maria is friendly and helpful to make sure we know where the directions are before the group part for free and easy. The 1h + boat ride around the capri island is fun and entertaining as the host shared spots around the island and charm us with his singing.

Great boat ride around Capri with highlights of the island pointed out!
