The 'Eat Pray' tour was a lovely, enjoyable and soulful experience. We started with a stroll, seeing the green and mountains of Ubud. Then to yoga, a lovely way to initiate the day. A beautiful flowing class with teacher Sandy. The studio overlooked green hills which nicely added to the morning practice. The Hindu water temple was an extraordinary experience, I felt cleaned inside and out. I am really grateful for the experience.☺️ Finally, the session with the fortune teller/ healer. He and his spouse were warm, lovely people and like a true guide otherwise, healer he sought out meaning. It was an exchange rather than just a fortune reading. My guide Mr. Iwayan Kar was kind, chivalrous and professional. He kindly shared information about Hindu and Balinese culture. His passion and pride in his culture was lovely to see. Every location we went to he was able to impart knowledge about. Mr. Kar was also a safe, good driver that was familiar with scenic, less crowded routes.

Our guide was Roca, and he really went above and beyond to give us an incredible day! He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly very passionate and proud of the Balinese and Hindu cultures. We learned SO much from him and had a great time! It was very interesting to see all the sights walking around Ubud, and the Campuhan Ridge walk was beautiful. The monkey forest was also very fun, and our selfie with the monkey is one of my favorite shots from the day!
