All in all, a very nice and very well organized day trip! The actual pick-up location at our own hotel was changed to a hotel nearby, but this was compensated without asking. The transport itself was carried out in modern, air-conditioned buses. The process was well organized and perfectly timed from the start. You have to be aware that everything is similar to a coffee tour and is basically very touristy. However, it is very informal and you don't feel under any pressure. The Chichen Itza are definitely worth seeing and the cenotes were also worth the trip! Everything was accompanied - in English and Spanish - by a very good and official local guide.

It was a one-day tour guided by Marcela and Carmen. Their knowledge of the ruins was amazing, and they gave us information not only about the places we visited but also from the bus with their entertaining storytelling. They also taught us how to take photos at the ruins, which was very helpful. It was a better use of time than renting a car and visiting each place individually. Our kids really enjoyed the beautiful cenotes.

visiting both chichen it a and El balam in a single day. Cuaotemo was an excellent guide and Jose was an excellent driver.

It has been perfect quality price totally recommended
