It was a wonderful experience. In the morning, we were picked up at the hotel and went to a cafe-like place for breakfast. After that, we drove to the venue where the balloon was to fly, and the balloon flew at sunrise. The guide steered it steadily, so it wasn't scary even though it was at a high altitude. The balloon went up and down during the flight, but it went lower than I expected, near the rock walls, so it was nice to be able to see the unique terrain of Cappadocia up close. After the balloon experience, we had a toast and received a certificate. The tip is placed in a box prepared by the balloon company at the right time, so there is no need to wait for the right timing. The scenery was more beautiful than I expected, and the plan I applied for was also fulfilling. This is a recommended activity.
The little thing to improve is the after activity: that is to say the glass of champagne which is not really one and it is more of a glass bottom than a glass. And the price of the little extras of the outing like the personal photo and the video (30€ for the video) I think that if it was half everyone would take it. Otherwise the activity itself is just magical.
The team was professional enough to share the pickup time and details in advance. The flight pilot was professional and did a perfect landing. only con: the balloon was flew in one corner so we could see all other balloons in other side. other groups had balloon flying together which gave a 360 perfect view for all visitors overall not a bad deal.
The trip was great, very safe, and explained every area. The time spent was enough to enjoy this unbelievable experience. The only issue I had was, the driver didn’t drop me in front of my hotel instead a 6 minutes walk. I didn’t appreciate it.
Wonderful experience. The guides were punctual and the activity surpassed the expectations of what was offered. A breathtaking experince that I’ll never forget.
