We had a great day with Alex on the beautiful lake of Albano. Alex picked us up from the station ( allow yourself time to get the metro if you choose that way to pick up as the ticket system and platform finding takes getting used to) . Alex is really approachable and easy to talk to, his English is very good and he's very knowledgeable of the local area and very understanding of the varying abilities people will have. We were the only two on this tour so we were very lucky to have Alex to ourselves but I have absolutely no doubt he would be just as good with bigger groups. We were given the option of which way round the lake we went and opted for the quieter wilderness side. Alex gave us brilliant knowledge of the area and we saw some beautiful parts of the lakes with turtles and some surprises too! Alex your homeade pizza was delicious, your so down to earth and we enjoyed your company! We wish you all the best for the future, enjoy your winter cooking 🙂. Grazie! Josh and Rosie

Excellent activity from start to finish. Transport provided for part of the journey as requested, was comfortable and on time. Equipment provided and facilities at the site for changing and showering. Instructor was friendly and informative regarding the kayaking activity and local history. As we have previous experience kayaking we were on the lake quickly and had the full time on the water. Thoroughly recommend if you wish a different activity when around Rome.

It was such an amazing and great experience! Meeting other people, making friends, and getting to know one another while kayaking. Our guide was exceptional also, he even brought homemade pizza for us! It felt like we were all friends hanging out & I enjoyed every second of it. I highly recommend.

Everything was brilliant from the time been picked up to been dropped back off. Tour guide was exceptional very informative and very helpful. Would highly recommend great experience 😁

Highly recommended experience. Splendid naturalistic setting and Alex very helpful and friendly...the final pappardelle...super!
