Very organized, easy to find the meeting point. The employee was on site, was very informative and helpful. He helped us install the guide app, gave us the tickets and EVERYTHING run smoothly. Everything as promissed, or even better... Thx for the beautiful experience

Great experience we didn’t have a guide for this experience and thought we’d try something different only doing the downloaded audio app option/audio tour. It was great super informative and really cool historical site with many stories to tell. Given the option I’d stick to a tour guide if you get a good guide on these tours you get access to better more thorough visits, and a richer understanding of the history we did over 10 different sites in 5 days in Rome and had an amazing experience! Every tour guide was amazing!!!!

It was such a gorgeous landmark to visit, and I'd especially recommend in the high season so you're not overcrowded and can fully enjoy the art, history, and views. There is also a cafe on an upper floor where you can relax, eat, drink, and continue to enjoy the views of the city before you head back out. It's definitely a gem that folks may not think to check out, but it was a highlight for me!
