Cycle along this ancient Roman road that runs out into the countryside as the sun starts to set over the fields, stopping to visit the Catacombs of St Callisto. Jason was fantastic! Incredibly knowledgeable about history, beyond just facts and dates. He shared insights about how events and circumstances came together to contribute to major events in ancient Rome. Driving through these places with him you could really envision what it might have be like that be in those spaces in ancient times. This tour was a highlight of our trip for sure!

Very nice and informative tour. Great guide. The Via Appica Antica is great to explore by e-bike. The catacombs are also worth a visit. However, I would not recommend the e-bike tour for children, as part of the tour is driven on the road and it becomes dangerous in heavy traffic (drive past the cyclists quickly - often very closely).

This tour was so fun!!! After walking around in the heat in Italy for 12 days straight, a golf cart tour was just what we needed! And the catacombs were so fun! Our tour guide was so welcoming and friendly and we had a great time! Definitely do this tour!!!

Very knowledgeable tour guide - great way to see the sites On a hot day! The catacombs are outside of the city and very cool. Thank you!!
