We wanted this trip but sadly we couldn't book it in English. After a call with Giselle from the helpdesk she helped us wonderfully. She told is she will help us if thats possible and that she would call to the guides to see if she could arrange something. After 5 mins she called us back and It seemed something was wrong with the system and she could hold our spots for some time. We had to book the tour in italian and she would make sure that it will be changed to English. The next day we had a wonderful trip to the Etna with a really nice guide who knows what he does in English! Thanks to Giselle from Get Your Guide we could do this trip! Thanks for all the help!

Bruno was incredible, he was so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. It felt like we were on a boat with a friend. His boat is beautiful, the route was fantastic, Bruno pointed out so many notable places of interest and went into detail about them. The snacks and spritz was delicious and authentically Sicilian and the sunset was breathtaking!

Everything was great - the sunset tour was an amazing way to escape the heat in Catania. Our guide was really really nice and knowledgeable, and the visit itself was pleasant. "Wine tasting" mentioned is a bit of a stretch, since you just get a tiny (plastic) cup of wine and a couple of cookies, but still a nice way to enjoy sunset.

Mel (our tour guide) was fantastic. Engaging and very knowledgeable about Mount Etna and geology more broadly. she was very engaging and and encouraged and answered all of our question - and there were a lot .

It was a group of 8 and the guide was super fun and informative. The trek was not too a hard but to crack. The snack and wine was nice.
