Excellent experience with very helpful staff. All guides were easy to identify at each respective destination and obtaining tickets was a breeze. Minimal wait time once in line. Grouping all major sites in one option couldn’t be more convenient. We had to cancel another tour series in Milan on the same trip last minute and refund was hassle free and prompt. Despite traveling with a large group (8 adults and 6 children < age 12), we had no issues and throughly enjoyed our day! Would highly recommend!

Seamless process. Arrived at the dome entrance 10 minutes before scheduled entry time and received tickets from tour agent after showing her our confirmation info. Entry into dome/security was easy. There are spots to rest during the climb to the top of the dome, but the climb itself is up narrow circular stairs and low ceilings. Viewing the inside fresco from the floor of the church and then up close during the climb was amazing. Viewing the city from the top of the climb was spectacular.

It was easy to find the Accord guide and get the tickets at each location. Jacopo was super nice and helpful with any questions we had.

The guide showed up on time just as described and we were head of the line!
