If you go Milan and likes to shop at outlets, Serraville is a must! Do for on weekdays as it is less crowded, discounts are the same throughout. I highly recommend to book through GetYourGuide for the bus to and fro. I took the 10am (serraville opens at 10am) , takes slightly over an hour to reach, and took the bus back at 6:30am so about 6-7hours to shop and have lunch. You need to be targeted on your shopping as there will not be enough time to cover all the shops. The branded labels, Prada, Gucci, Boss, EA, Ferragamo, Longchamp, (extremely good price, I've a few outlets of boss, this one offers the best prices) to an name a few is enough to take alot of time. I hope next time Bottega can have an outlet in this place and it will be perfect then.

This is second time I get this bus on my travels. It’s amazing how easy we can buy the ticket and follow the directions for the meeting point and to follow the itinerary. The services are excellent. I was Milan and a driver called another driver to pick me up at one a bus stop in less than 5 minutes after explain to him that I was lost. This action made my day!! Great experience.

Highly recommended to form an impression of the city and calmly choose the places to visit.

As a disabled client I was overwhelmed by the kindness and help of the crews.

Bus really leaves on time. The bus literally waits no one.
