Originally a 1790’s rice plantation, Magnolia Cemetery was founded in 1849 on the banks of the Cooper River in Downtown Charleston. Magnolia Cemetery served as a Confederate encampment to defend the city from the Union bombardment during the Civil War. The views of Charleston Harbor, the cotton candy colored sunset, and the Ravanel Bridge, especially after dark, were beautiful. The service of the wait staff was prompt and friendly. The food was quite tasty and satisfying. The live music was very soothing as we enjoyed the cruise. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable evening! So glad we chose to take the dinner cruise!

This was by far the best date we had during our visit. Great food and great service. The live music was fun and passengers danced laughed and we all had so much fun. I highly encourage you to do this one!
