Emmanuelle, our bike guide, conducted us safely through the streets of Rome to the Appian Way (Via Appia). He is passionate about his city, its history, and biking. When someone loves what he does like Emmanuelle does, it makes the excursion so much more enjoyable. The e-bikes are an absolute requirement for the journey through the Roman countryside. We enjoyed our homemade tastings on a gorgeous little farm along the way. I highly recommend this excursion.
