2. From Scottsdale/Phoenix: Verde Canyon Rail Day Tour

Get picked up from your hotel lobby at 6 AM the morning of the tour from your accommodation in Phoenix or Scottsdale. Travel deep into the famous Verde Valley for your first stop at Montezuma Castle. This wonderous Native American delight is one of the most highly preserved monuments in the USA. Spend 40 minutes here and walk the grounds of this relic as you learn about its rich history. Then, head to the 2nd monument of Tuzigoot which was constructed by the same local Sinagua tribe as Montezuma Castle. Spend another 40 minutes here and walk around the grounds of the 40-room fortress.  Next, continue on to the historic copper mining town of Jerome where you can gaze upon the spectacular views of the Verde Valley down below. What people are saying about Clarkdale, Arizona

The guide was extremely knowledgeable. There were 13 of us on the trip. We were not picked up at our hotel, but took a lift to a nearby hotel. It was a hot day, but we had a wonderful time. I would recommend a tour rather than trying to do this on your own. Sedona, Montezuma's Castle, Tuzigoot and the Chapel of the Holy Cross were a wonderful experience. It's an early morning, but well worth the time.

The driver was awesome! The trip was awesome and very easy to set up meeting point. The driver actually met us after the trip was over because I left my package on the van. The company was so helpful to aid me in getting back my package!!! This company is the best ever!!!!!! I will use this service again the next time I travel!!!! Thank you!!
