Setenil de las Botegas was a nice stop, but not much to see there, the good thing is that the travel company is supporting local village, but that’s pretty much it. Tourists didn’t even buy much apart from maybe a cup of coffee. At the same time we have spent way too much time there + at the first stop in the middle of nowhere (toilets and coffee stop, which was unnecessary); at the end in Ronda we didn’t have enough of free time and people were leaving the tour gradually and the guide was very angry about it, but he didn’t understand that 1,5h free time is insufficient to have lunch in some cafeteria/restaurant + to make photos, buy souvenirs etc. Also people wanted to make photos with Ronda bridge view and the guide brought us to the house with excellent view, but it wasn’t clearly said that it will be there, people just left before in a rush. Impressive that the guide was fluent in 4 languages, but from visitor’s perspective it was very tiring and uninteresting to listen the same

Very nice visit to both Setenil de las bodegas and Ronda. Well worth the visit, I recommend it to anyone who travels to Andalucía. The guide in Ronda was very good at giving us a historical and cultural perspective. He spoke very good english. One issue is that we were the 1st stop at 7:00 am, and had to pickup people for 2 hours on the Costa del Sol. On the way back, we were last to be dropped off so our time on the road was a few hours extra due to that.

Good guide, in 3 languages (ESP ENG FR) who knew his subject well. 3 visits: bull breeding farm, Ronda and Setenil de las bodegas. One thing was missing: the time and / or the possibility of going down to see the bridge to take a picture below, quite whole. The watchtowers are good but below it would have been better. Overall satisfied.
