Didn’t know but this is through Get Your Guide but you look for the Caf Tour guide in a blue jacket. A little difficult to find because we were looking for someone with Get Your Guide attire. Overall the audio and self guided museum was great - didn’t have great connection inside so I recommend getting on Wi-Fi if possible so you can listen to everything on the app. Walking tour was 1.5 hours long. Started audio museum at 9:30. Walking city tour started at 11:15 ended at 12:45. Our guide was great and she has been in Florence for 35 years!
