If you are travelling with kids, this is a perfect blend of fun and culture to make the site-seeing more bearable for the younger ones. Even without children, it is a sweet treat, a unique chance to see all Leonardo's "inventions" braught to life. Every device and tool can be operated and examined making this an interactive experience that we don't often get in a museum. It is not very big but depending on the level of your interest you could spend between 30 and 60 minutes exploring all the exhibited items, even more if you get fascinated by some of the machines.

A worthwhile experience if you want to learn more about the life of the Medici and enjoy a quiet walk with beautiful landscapes and decorated with sculptures and fountains from the Renaissance period. You can sit at different points to admire fountains or natural landscapes while imagining the inspiring Medici family walking through their meadows.

It’s worth going and getting some pictures of the beautiful garden and the fountain as well as you can see Florance from a different perspective.
