Enjoy skip-the-line admission to the Baptistery and Opera del Duomo Museum in the heart of historic Florence. Your licensed guide will take you on a tour of the Baptistery and the Opera Museum. You'll also see the exterior of Giotto’s Bell Tower. Customers also have the opportunity to enter the Bell Tower if that particular tour option is selected. On this guided tour you’ll be able to hear your guide’s commentary perfectly with the audio system that’s included. If you like you can climb to the top of the bell tower. The tour includes visits to the Baptistry and the Opera Museum. Admire the important works of art that reside in the Opera Museum including The Pietà by Michelangelo that he himself mutilated and left unfinished at his death and Ghiberti’s Gates of Paradise.

Despite the tour operator suffering a tour guide going ill mid-tour they still managed to resolve the problem and provide a tour to all customers by combining groups (resulting groups were still small enough to enjoy the experience). The owner of the company helped by resolving the problem of access to the Duomo and Baptistry for all visitors and this showed that they care about their customers and can be trusted to try their best to resolve any problems. Highly recommended as a service provider.

A very complete visit, I recommend it. Julia, our guide, was very nice, attentive to the group and magnificent in terms of knowledge about Florence and its cathedral complex. It is wise to hire the tour that leaves you satisfied and feeling that you have taken advantage of the time.

Great tour

Absolutely excellent knowledgeable guide. Only difficulty was finding her at beginning of your but luckily we were helped to find het by a particularly kind and helpful guide from another company. As we were there early it should have been easy to find het. Howe at she was worth waiting for !
