My aim was to reach the outlet easily and this is exactly what i got. Met at the meeting point, dropped at the outlet took 30min transportation, was given the 10% discount and met again at the customer service point to go back. Perfect, great if you are looking for an easy way to reach the outlet.

Everything is great except for one thing. It was absolutely impossible to find a girl meeting at the meeting place. More precisely, there was no one at the meeting place! And then I had to run around the entire station twice. Why not immediately indicate the geolocation point of the bus?! It is impossible to find it on your own - it is parked very far from the station, BEHIND it. But even in the indicated place in the crowd it is absolutely impossible to see a girl with a small black and white sign. As a result, I almost missed the bus and ran through the entire station twice. Although I arrived very early.

Shuttle service was clean and efficient. Only suggestion for improvement is to run a mid-afternoon service. We caught the 9.30am shuttle, arrived just before 10.30am, and the only return options were 1.00pm and 5.30pm. The 1.00pm did not really allow enought time to get around the whole centre, by the time you allow for trying items on, paying, getting tax-free forms done, and 5.30pm was really too long at the centre. A 2.30pm service might be better than 1.00pm?
