This tour was wonderful. We knew we wanted to see Michelangelo’s David as well as Botticelli’s works, but our tour guide Andrea enriched our visit with so much history and information on many works in both the Uffizi and Academia Galleries- it was lovely. Just note these galleries are extremely crowded, but that cannot be helped. My advice would be to take the tour as early as possible to help avoid crowds.

This tour is a 'must do' for anyone visiting these 2 museums. Without Leticia's amazing knowledge we would not have made the most of our visit. The Acadamia is a huge museum and overwhelming without a guide. She was so knowledgeable that we learnt so much about the different pieces of art and also about the artists. I would highly recommend this tour as you also get to skip the lines for entry (which are long and waste your previous holiday time). Highly recommend!!

Our guide was Leo. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. His accent was a little heavy and sometimes it was hard to understand but to be expected if English is a second language. We of course spoke no Italian. We enjoyed the small size of the tour (8). Worth the expense.
