I had booked the ticket from Frankfurt, but then had to switch to another day due to a tour being postponed. Because of Easter, that was only possible on a certain day. I had to pay 30 euros for a guided visit in English. It wasn't all that good, but the lead with Leonardo was very good, both at Uffici and Accademia. On the walk there he told us some interesting things.

Everything worked fine: exchanging the Getyourguide voucher for the original admission tickets at the given address was no problem at all. Tip: It is essential to plan a 20-30 minute run time between the Uffizi and the Academia. Then you don't have to rush to get to the Academia on time for the admission window. But that's not a problem either, because you have enough time in the Uffizi and can walk comfortably - past Domplatz - to the Academia. This scip-the-line ticket combination is again highly recommended, especially when you see the normal entry lines. Conclusion: again at any time, definitely to be recommended.

Marco was the individual who booked our tickets and helped assist us with everything. He was AMAZING and even helped guide us to our tour guide later that evening. Warning: they book Uffizi first (whatever time you select when purchasing) and usually book Accademia 3 or so hours later. With current COVID restrictions, Tickets can only be given 15 mins before reservation time so you’ll grab your ticket and head to the gallery. Wanted to give this information so that you can plan accordingly. We had to miss out on a ton of uffizi due to the time restraint we had with another tour. This tour did not include audio which would have been beneficial, but overall the scheduled time and ticket was wonderful and we had fantastic service from Marco.
