Head straight to a wine tasting school to taste 4 different types of wines, a 30-year-old balsamic vinegar, and truffle extra virgin olive oil. Learn how to recognize the different flavors and develop your taste buds together with a wine producer. Move onto a local winery facing the famous towers of San Gimignano. Let the winemakers guide you through the vineyards and the cellars and share the secrets of wine and oil production. At this winery, take the opportunity to buy their local products and wine at a convenient cost to bring back home or to ship to friends and family. In the afternoon, enjoy visiting and spending time wandering through the narrow streets of San Gimignano at your own pace. Shop 'til you drop and enjoy gelato from the world-champion ice-cream making gelateria. Your departure from San Gimignano is at 3:45 PM with an estimated travel time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. The tour was delightful! The meeting point and transportation was made easy to navigate with our tour guide, the drive was pleasant and provided some beautiful scenery, and the wine tours were so much fun! The first stop focused more on pairing the wines with tasty appetizers and the second stop focused more on touring the venue and explaining their process. My sister and I enjoyed getting to meet and mingle with other travelers as we did the drive and tastings. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!

Great experience at a great price. Really fun day trip, lots of wine and a selection of meats and cheese we weren’t expecting. Emma was a great tour guide!! Only comment would be that it would’ve been nice to spend more time learning about the wine making process and/whilst taking time to walk around the vineyard and vines.

Such an amazing time on this tour! The first stop is by far the most amazing experience, gorgeous winery with very classy presentation and good wine. The second stop was also great, it was fun learning how wine was made and the views were impeccable! It was only 4 of us in the group and we had so much fun, even ended up linking up later that night for dinner, we got along well had and amazing shared experience to talk about all night. Eduardo was a great tour leader, couldn’t recommend a better person to take us around and teach us a little bit of history, geography, and culture. Highly recommend this tour!
