Use classic recipes and methods that you will remember and use for years to come. Make 3 different types of delicious pasta with 3 different sauces, as well as a typical Italian dessert. The course will be followed by a lunch or dinner featuring the dishes you have prepared during the class as well as a fine Tuscan wine in a fun and friendly atmosphere. This class was awesome! Would absolutely recommend to any smaller groups/ solo travelers visiting Florence. Francesco & Katarina were engaging, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the types of dishes we were making. The food was delicious and we took home the recipes (along with some local recommendations from Francesco).

The entire group was divided between two instructors, but everyone appeared to enjoy the experience- I know my group did!
